With more than 60 years of experience, SAMAPLAST AG is your Swiss partner for injection molding – offering in-house development, design, and toolmaking, from technical plastic components to complete assemblies and finished medical devices.
We manufacture medical devices and implants in ISO Class 7/8 cleanrooms and provide all the steps required for a new product – from the initial idea to the final, sterile-packaged product.
We set new standards in the rapid production of injection-molded prototypes from hardened steel tools in just 10 working days, as well as in additive manufacturing with materials such as PCU, polylactides, and PEEK. Our capabilities are further enhanced by state-of-the-art metrology, including our in-house CT scanner.
